00:00:52: Wir haben das definitiv. Herr Sevim, Sie haben jetzt in der Region gearbeitet. Was ist für Sie besonders?

00:00:59: Ich komme in die Region, als jemand aus der Black Forest hat ihre Herausforderungen. Die Region hat eine Dynamik, die Sie oft nicht in Deutschland erleben, die für mich sehr divers und sehr divers macht.

00:01:12: Du musst das zu mir wieder erklären. Was bedeutet Dynamismus?

00:01:15: Dynamismus hier ist wirklich in den Prozess. Ich weiß nicht, was ich an der Morgen an der Zeit erwähnt. Ich kann viel planen, aber die schönen Projekte, die diversen Länder und Nehmen, brauchen eine bestimmte Flexibilität an meiner Stelle.

00:01:55: Ansonsten ist die Fahrt hier erhöht. Und wenn ich international für drei oder vier Wochen reise, komme ich zurück.

00:02:03: Ich bin froh, wie die Rundläufe hier in drei oder vier Wochen geändert werden. Ich bin noch fasziniert.

00:02:11: Auch wenn ich hier für ein while bin, habe ich nie in der Past etwas wie diese erlebt.

00:02:27: Und seit 2021 hast du für unsere Firma gearbeitet als Managerin für die Mittel-East-Region von Dubai,

00:02:35: also ein Black Forest-Native in der Unikad Arab Emirates. Wie lange dauert es dir eigentlich, um deine Füße in der neuen Welt zu finden?

00:02:42: Ich würde nicht sagen, dass ich noch nicht komplett gekommen bin, aber du musst dir selbst das erste Jahr und ein halbe bis zwei Jahre,

00:02:48: um zumindest durch eine komplette Saison zu gehen, alles zu erfahren und dann musst du noch ein Jahr mehr Zeit lassen, um es zu sinken.

00:02:55: Und dann gibt es dann noch einige Prozesse, die vielleicht ein paar Jahre länger dauern.

00:02:59: Wenn ich mit Freunden und Acquaintancen, die hier für 10, 15 Jahre sind, sage ich immer,

00:03:04: dass nach 10, 15 Jahren noch genug neue Dinge gibt, die du hier nicht wirklich hier kommen.

00:03:11: Aber auf der anderen Seite, das macht es wahrscheinlich Leben und es funktioniert in der Region extrem interessant und interessant, oder?

00:03:17: Wenn du eine Verbrechung möchtest, dann bin ich das Kind, der genau der Appel dieser Region ist.

00:03:23: Du bist mit viel Innovation und Dynamismus konfrontiert, neue Technologien und neue Trends sind schnell adoptiert und du musst mit den Zeiten hier gehen.

00:03:32: Und du bist auch mit dem gesamten Umfeld entgegen. Das ist warum ich das mehr als ein Incentiv sehe für mich.

00:03:37: Und was bedeutet das für deine Arbeit und die Arbeit deiner Familie?

00:03:40: Ja, was bedeutet das für uns? Wir müssen agile und flexibel in der Linie mit unserem Umfeld bleiben.

00:03:46: Während bestimmte Strukturen in Deutschland haben meine Arbeit immer viel einfacher gemacht, muss ich hier viel flexibel sein.

00:03:52: Ich schaue auch Freetime in meinem Kalender, damit ich schnell reagieren kann und kurz nach der Neigung zu sehen.

00:03:58: Es könnte wohl sein, dass ich jetzt eine Beinahe bekomme und in einer halben Stunde bin ich auf der Konstruktion mit dem Kustner.

00:04:04: Und morgen habe ich mir die Beine überrascht.

00:04:07: Diese sind die Geschäfte und die Prozesse, die ich nicht aus meiner Past genutzt habe.

00:04:11: Das ist wahrscheinlich eine der Gründe, warum diese Region so schnell und intensiv wie möglich entwickelt ist.

00:04:17: Und wenn wir uns ein kleiner Blick auf die Fixationen haben, haben wir schon in vielen well-kommunikaten Bündnissen in der Region geäußert.

00:04:24: Zum Beispiel in der größten Bündnis in der Welt oder in der größten Ferris-Wheel oder in einer der schönsten Museums.

00:04:31: Ist das das, was dich für dich sehr stolz macht, wenn du sie über die Uhr auf dem Weg passst?

00:04:36: Obwohl ich eine sehr kurze Kommut habe, bin ich immer fasziniert und es ist ein wirklich tolles Gefühl, wenn du die Resultate des Dämonatens siehst,

00:04:43: besonders wenn es diese iconischen Bündnissen sind.

00:05:23: and reflects this accordingly helps us a lot in our daily business

00:05:28: and makes me happy that I can represent this here accordingly.

00:05:31: When you think of the United Arab Emirates,

00:05:34: Dubai is the first thing that comes to mind.

00:05:36: But with Sharjah and Abu Dhabi,

00:05:38: there are two other million strong cities in the Emirates.

00:05:41: To what extent are these metropolises also exciting for our company

00:05:46: and therefore for your work?

00:05:48: Yes, you're right about that.

00:05:51: Dubai is certainly the most famous city and due to tourism,

00:05:55: also the most visited city here in the Emirates.

00:05:58: But Sharjah and Abu Dhabi are just as important.

00:06:02: Abu Dhabi in particular plays a central political and economic role here

00:06:06: and you only notice that when you are here on site

00:06:09: and it is often underestimated from the outside perception,

00:06:13: there are particularly many large-scale projects here

00:06:17: that focus on infrastructure, renewable energy or culture,

00:06:21: which are very interesting for our company.

00:06:24: And that doesn't just apply to Abu Dhabi, it also applies to Sharjah.

00:06:29: There are also exciting developments taking place here.

00:06:32: And in addition to the three major metropolitan cities in the Emirates,

00:06:36: there are also the northern Emirates,

00:06:38: which also have many varied construction projects for us

00:06:42: and which we can fortunately all cover directly from Dubai here.

00:06:46: Take us into your everyday office life.

00:06:48: I'd be interested to know how big is your team

00:06:51: and where do our colleagues in your team actually come from?

00:06:54: My team here in the region is very internationally oriented,

00:06:58: just like the population structure in the countries,

00:07:01: our team is also set up accordingly.

00:07:04: With over 15 nationalities, we have a very broad-based team.

00:07:08: Currently, nationalities from Brazil to Europe to most Asian countries

00:07:12: are represented here.

00:07:14: In total, we have around 100 employees ourselves.

00:07:17: But with the indirect staff, we are at just over 200 employees

00:07:20: who work to help us bring fastening and system solutions

00:07:23: closer to our customers in the Middle East region.

00:07:26: And your customers themselves are probably also very international.

00:07:29: So having an international team that serves international customers

00:07:33: has advantages, doesn't it?

00:07:35: Absolutely. An international team brings different specialist skills with it,

00:07:39: as well as different approaches and argumentation options,

00:07:43: creates a deeper understanding of the various markets and cultures

00:07:47: from my point of view and simply helps us to have better access

00:07:50: to our customers and their concerns and problems.

00:07:53: We are trying to position ourselves successfully and also with our partners

00:07:57: to act as equals and to achieve this in the best possible way.

00:08:01: This internationality is also required here.

00:08:04: Yes, and as we just said, when you look at the outstanding reference projects

00:08:08: in which our products, our fastening technology are installed,

00:08:12: it is outstanding and also shows the success of your team and your work.

00:08:17: Nevertheless, you said at the very beginning of our conversation

00:08:20: that there is always a longing for Germany and German culture.

00:08:24: So the simple question is, if you had to choose Black Forest Gatto or Dubai Chocolate,

00:08:29: what would you choose?

00:08:31: A difficult question. Both have their appeal.

00:08:34: When I think about it, I would say more the Black Forest Gatto,

00:08:38: somewhere I am a Black Forest native,

00:08:41: and once you've eaten a good homemade Black Forest Gatto, try it.
